Man Horrified That His Alleged Abuser Will Escape Trial.

A 55 year old Kerryman, who spent his childhood in a Tralee Industrial School, has said that he is horrified that the Christian Brother, whom he claims sexually abused him, will not face trial. John Prior, who was raised in Saint Joseph's Industrial School, learned officially in the High Court today that the DPP will not be opposing legal proceedings taken by the Brother to stop his trial going ahead.
